PROOFREADING AND EMBOSSING SERVICES
Already have a transcription, but looking for a certified proofreader to ensure its accuracy?
Clovernook Center can provide stand-alone proofreading services to ensure that your transcriptions are accurate. All our proofreaders have professional certifications in UEB (Unified English Braille).
Have a braille file that you’d like to emboss and/or bind? Clovernook Center offers customized printing solutions. Whether it’s one copy, or ten thousand copies, we can provide quick turnaround times, and guarantee the quality of the final product.
TACTILE GRAPHICS
Tactile Graphics represent print images as raised lines and surfaces so that they can be read by touch. These graphics require extensive skill and artistry to create. Clovernook Center’s integrated workforce provides end-user feedback to ensure that tactile graphics are produced to a high standard.
Tactile Graphics are created on-site in collaboration with braille reading staff. Our production methods are aligned with Braille Authority of North America (BANA) Guidelines and Standards, and are thoroughly tested for viability by end users. Clovernook Center’s Tactile Graphic Specialist recently served as chair of the National Braille Association’s Tactile Graphics Committee, and our tactile production is supported by an understanding of the latest Unified English Braille (UEB) requirements.
