I’ve learned a lot from my family over the years. And when it comes to my daughter, there is no exception. She taught me that a leader’s best trait is to present their authentic self to their team and supporters. I try to live by that example each and every day.
When I look at the accomplishments that Clovernook Center has achieved over the past fiscal year, I am reminded that it is all possible because of the support and generosity of so many amazing individuals and organizations. You’ll find their names highlighted in this newsletter.
The great things happening — like our wildly popular Summer Camp Series for children who are blind or visually impaired and the opening of a new 3D printing office in Kenya– which are fueled by this incredible support.
We certainly can’t do it alone.
We recently welcomed several new board members who you’ll learn more about in this issue of Perspective. I look forward to their leadership and guidance as they steer Clovernook Center into a future filled with hope and opportunities for the blind and visually impaired community.
I am so privileged to work with such a dedicated team, volunteers and partners like you. You’re an inspiration to all of us.
With gratitude,
Chris Faust
