Say hello to Faylene Canfield, a member of the Clovernook Center team for 15 years!
Faylene was recently promoted to Production Supervisor in the Collating and Shipping area at Clovernook Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired. She came to Clovernook Center in 2004 as a temporary employee for Multistate Center East (MSCE), a division of Clovernook Center. Later that year, Faylene was hired as a permanent employee and remained at MSCE for ten years.
In 2014, Faylene left Clovernook Center to return to her home state of Texas, but she did not stay away long: she returned to Clovernook Center in 2016. Upon her return, Faylene began working in Clovernook Center’s Social Enterprise department.
Faylene feels that the best part of working at Clovernook Center is meeting the amazing people she works with day in and day out. When asked about her coworkers, Faylene said that they never skip a beat, and are always positive and hard working.
Faylene was born in Morenci, Michigan but calls Texas her home since that’s where she attended school and started her family. She roots for all Texas sports teams, but the Dallas Cowboys are her favorite. She is a fan of the Cincinnati Bearcats, and when it comes to college football and the big Ohio State vs. Michigan game, she’s cheering for the Wolverines all day!
When we asked Faylene what she likes to do outside of work, she said she is just a homebody. She likes to be crafty and spend time with her two grandchildren, six-year-old Penelope and four-year-old Sebastian. They are her world, she said.
Please join us in celebrating Faylene for being such a great asset to the team. Thank you for all you do for Clovernook Center, Faylene.
