Welcome to Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired Memphis Division
More than 60,000 Mid-Southerners report their vision is not good enough to read the daily paper…Clovernook can help!
Eye diseases and conditions leading to vision loss increase significantly with age, and the number of people with vision loss is expected to rise as the population grows older. There are approximately 5.5 million blind or visually impaired seniors in the U.S. according to the American Foundation for the Blind. That’s about 15 percent of the senior population. As the senior population continues to grow, it’s important to learn now about good eye health and how to cope with changes in vision. Visual impairments don’t have to mean loss of independence or a reduction in quality of life.
Since 1999, the Memphis office of Clovernook has been helping people of all ages who have visual impairments learn new skills, get proper eye care, find gainful employment, and the support they need to foster independence and the highest quality of life.
Our holistic approach is a phone call away. If you live in Memphis, call 901-523-9590 to schedule an appointment. Outside the Memphis area, call toll free 1-888-234-7156.
Clovernook provides services out of offices in Cincinnati, Ohio and Memphis, Tennessee.
