Contact Center Manager

The Call Center Manager is responsible for the direct oversight of a team of contact center agents providing high quality customer service assistance. The Contact Center Manager will also be responsible for assuring timely resolution of inquiries utilizing all available channels. They will also provide job training and coaching to agents with visual impairments and/or additional disabilities involved in the contact center.

Customer Care Center Specialist

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as, utilizing communication features such as: chat, email and social media for assigned account/contract(s). Completes customer requests, data entry, maintains customer database, researches and resolves customer inquiries. Conducts product and customer satisfaction surveys.
