Third Party Fundraisers

Are you or someone you know interested in hosting an event in which the proceeds would benefit Clovernook Center?

Third party fundraisers are events not officially sponsored or held by Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, but benefit Clovernook through donation of event proceeds.

The group or individual interested in hosting this type of event must review and sign the following documents:

Although we actively encourage third-party fundraising events, all such events must be approved by Clovernook in advance.   While we are happy to provide guidance for your event, we do not have the ability to handle the organizational and administrative tasks associated with third-party events.  Therefore the event sponsor is responsible for all details of the event including but not limited to:
  • underwriting all of the related costs
  • recruiting volunteers to help out at the event
  • creating flyers to publicize the event
  • working at the actual event.
